Who escapes a holding cell??? You have obviously never watched I [Almost] Got Away With It on the History Channel. Holding cells are easiest to escape from because they are generally just rooms in a police station or the intake portion of a prison. Deep in prison cells are much harder to escape from, with multiple layers of confinement. A moment's lapse of attention by handlers, and some of these guys are gone.
