Yes he is. Great to hear his voice. His being at the EIB today is sacrificial. From his description, he has had several very rough weeks and is still recovering.

No doubt after yesterday’s events and the blame Trump narrative he saw gaining steam, nothing was going to keep him away today if in his power and God’s grace.
