To me, that sounds like the House of Reps will choose the president by each member of the House voting individually, not by state delegations.

This has been debunked many times as the pointed out by others here, the Constitution is clear that only the state legislatures have the power to appoint the electors and decide the manner in which they are appointed and none of the legislatures in any of the contested states have put forth a competing or replacement slate. Not one.
