37 states use the SmartMatic malware that allows election machines to connect to the internet. This voids the Federal Certification of the machines for Federal elections. All the Senators and Representatives recently (re-)elected, like McConnell, should be recused from the Electoral College deliberations.

Then add the Governors recently elected from those 37 states, as they may otherwise have a say in Electoral Ballot certificates.
