That’s a carefully crafted statement saying nothing really. It means Pence welcomes the Congress to follow the rules, that’s it.

Perhaps, eventually, all those voicemails, emails, Trump Parades, and the Jan. 6th MAGA rally had the cumulative effect of stiffening the spines of some politicians. They obviously didn’t have any resolve at all in the early days of the Dem Election Fraud.
