A federal appeals court on Saturday dismissed a lawsuit by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) and other Republicans that sought to expand Vice President Pence's legal authority to effectively overturn President-elect Joe Biden's electoral win.

“We have the benefit of the briefing before the district court and its 13-page opinion styled Order of Dismissal, issued January 1, 2021. That order adopts the position of the Department of Justice, finding that the district court lacks jurisdiction because no plaintiff has the standing demanded by Article III. We need say no more, and we affirm the judgement essentially for the reasons stated by the district court.”
The appeals court is ball-less.
Thanks for a link to the initial case that was dismissed. This is a dismissal of the appeal which just happened today.
The courts have made it clear they are staying far away from this.
Two of the judges on the panel are Reagan appointees, one is a Trump appointee.
For all the DC federal court bullshit over the last four years..
Impeach them all with prejudice.....
