To: All; null and void

If a “white hat hacker” put the vote total to zero for Dems in two or three counties this coming week for I g them to sue to correct the error ... would that be a judicial admission their system was hackable?

If it was done and exposed after it was done, would the effort still be illegal?

Just curious if there as legal types here that know.
