I would let the graffiti remain as a reminder of the Church’s suffering for humankind, just as Christ’s wounds.

Until someone says enough is enough and begins wiping these POSs off the planet, nothing is going to change. If this had happened 50 years ago, there would have been blood in those streets. Today, one side is on the offensive, the other is cowered, disillusioned, and not cohesive.
People are fleeing the s holes of NYC and the west coast. They refuse to see they voted for what they got. Rather than change the political order, they move away which does nothing but ruin somewhere else. It is like a human virus. Worse, besides moving, they financially support groups that promote this crap.
Many of us could see the moral decay coming over the past 50 years. It has accelerated in recent years. 20 years ago, I used to say if it does not stop in 30 years we will not recognize this place. Well, I was too conservative in my assessment...I don’t recognize it now.
The last hope of halting the tide was driven out of office. We stood by and watched it happen. When they could not win legitimately, they resorted to fraud, trickery, and the stench that now permeates the offices of power like the courts and the political parties.
