Trump Tweet: Georgia and Wisconsin elections invalid?
Twitter ^ | Jan 1, 2021 | President Trump

Posted on 01/01/2021 9:26:44 PM PST by McGruff

Before even discussing the massive corruption which took place in the 2020 Election, which gives us far more votes than is necessary to win all of the Swing States (only need three), it must be noted that the State Legislatures were not in any way responsible for the massive....

....changes made to the voting process, rules and regulations, many made hastily before the election, and therefore the whole State Election is not legal or Constitutional. Additionally, the Georgia Consent Decree is Unconstitutional & the State 2020 Presidential Election....

....is therefore both illegal and invalid, and that would include the two current Senatorial Elections. In Wisconsin, Voters not asking for applications invalidates the Election. All of this without even discussing the millions of fraudulent votes that were cast or altered!

Tweet not for court consumption but state legislature pep talk. Can AZ, WI, and GA be uncertified or flipped to Trump by the start of Jan 6. Easiest approach for a Trump win.

Easiest approach for a Trump win.
AZ(11), WI (10) and GA (16) flipping to Trump would result in a 269-269 EV tie, not an outright win for Trump.

Biden’s “win” is invalid.

He is not president elect. If “inaugurated” it is illegitimate.

If less than 270 votes it becomes a contingent election that Trump wins (52 Senate + 27 House + VP Pence).

Section 1 of the Constitution: The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof

This was always the simplest and most obvious point Trump had. In many states, election processes have been changed by governor, or even course, bureaucratic or court fiat. This is clearly wrong.

The stuff about “the Kraken” or China or Venezuela will be extremely difficult to prove. But its clear beyond a doubt many states are running un-constitutional elections.

GA is an absolute must, WI not so much.

We need GA, MI, and PA to be decertified or it’s over. WI’s 10 would put Trump over if those were decertified, but for now the goal is to keep Biteme from 270.

The election processes being unlawfully and unilaterally changed in many states (including PA, WI, MI, GA and others) outside of the legislative process was the obvious path to victory here.

Why on earth didn’t those representing the Trump campaign focus on those issues? That was the most likely path as existing state laws were violated in multiple cases.

What I want is for 38 or more EVs to be switched from Biden to Trump so he can win outright. GA, PA and AZ are my long shot trifecta.

Is a switch realistic at this point? No, but even if their electors were to he decertified by their respective legislatures, it would drop Biden below 270.
