The Swamp has already made clear that they want Trump gone, and that they will do and say anything; and ignore anything, to make that happen.

Ignore anything? They swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. People who rig federal elections can be classed as a domestic enemy. They are playing around with treason and hanging if they decide to ignore the rule of law to get rid of Trump.

Those Congressman are already fully aware of the evidence. It matters not at all to them. For them, Trump is more sinning than sinned against. Everything is justified to remove him. He is in the way of their lucrative pay offs. That is his sin.

LS says Pelosi will shut the debate down in the House committee in 30 seconds. He also says that all the “debate” will be held in private committee hearings and won’t be made public.

So where is the opportunity for all this to come out in public on the 6th? How does it get presented in time to allow contemplation and stopping the electoral vote tally?

This doesn’t add up at all. Is there an ace up Trump’s sleeve? He’s really going down to the wire on this.

There will be NO public hearing and exposure of evidence. We are cooked.

I agree. They make a video of an evidentiary hearing for each hearing. The same evidentiary hearing they plan to make in court if any court would grant them an evidentiary hearing.

Send it to all the members of congress. Put it on the internet. Get newsmax, OAN, America’s Voice to run it. Have Rudy, Jenna etc refer to it in interviews.

Then use pieces of it in the debates with references to the entire presentation.

I read that when objections to the electoral count are heard, each objector has 2 hours to make the case.

Is it two hours for each objector to make his case, or two hours for each objection to a state's electors? If 140 House members each object to six states, that could take a while to hear if each gets two hours to put on a case. My guess is that they will find some parliamentary maneuver to cut them off before they can actually present evidence, or the media will declare it all a big conspiracy theory and refuse to cover it. Unless three state legislatures with enough EV to change the result flip to Trump, this doesn't look promising to me, unless VPOTUS does something tricky.

The two hours is to be divided within each branch into 5 minutes per member with each member only getting one slot. This format will not allow any real exploration of evidence and the outcome is likely predetermined. Unless a majority of Senate Republicans agree with the objections they will be defeated. If enough people in Republican states get on the phone and demand their senator support the objections they might fear getting primaried next cycle but most of these guys don’t want to see the evidence and just want their crazy constituents to go away.

The members will need to present their case outside the chambers to the media to influence public opinion which will be the final arbiter of history.

Both parties clearly want him out. That is clear from the stimulus package deal and the Defense Bill veto override. The election fraud also affected Congressional races, and once the Dems are recognized as controlling the House, winning objections on Jan. 6th becomes less likely. There are too many RINOs in the Senate who just want Trump out.

I thought the Election count is handled by law?
The elector counts are done in a joint session starting in state alphabetical order.
If there are valid objections, by law each house has to act separately...goes their separate way to debate for 2 hours for every state where there is an objection.
In theory, could all 50 states plus D.C. be contested...then there would be 102 hours of debate?

No. But presenting evidence to democrats is not fighting. If evidence is really what he is counting on. It has meant nothing to the Supreme Court, Federal Courts, State Courts, MSM, democrats, Republicans, state legislators, local sheriffs and police, etc. It has all been gleefully ignored. It will be snickered at Wednesday as lies.

It is not time to make believe, it is time to get frantic. We are about to see the greatest nation that ever existed surrendered to demons. Taken down without a shot being fired. Just like the communists have always boasted.
