2. They are blank. They didn’t play a part in the election.
IF fake, find some just like them that were illegally voted.

I do not know what they do in GA, but in NC, every ballot has to be accounted for, even the ones which are not voted. If X ballots are printed, the ballots given to voters + the ballots spoiled + the ballots left over have to equal X. You just cannot print up an extra million ballots and then shred them without verifying the number of unused ballots.
