You probably know as much about law as I do marine biology.
In law, one sworn statement is considered evidence. Unless it can be proven that a sworn statement is a lie/fraudulent, it’s also considered proof/fact of events.
In the election nationally, there are now thousands of sworn statements of fraud. Not to mention statistical evidence, machine evidence, ballot evidence, video evidence etc. etc etc...
But hey, you tell me...what is “provin’ it”?
Sadly, the ones that decide the validity of “evidence” are the ones that determine “proof”. As Mark Twain said: “No amount of evidence will ever persuade an idiot(s).”
All the Democrats that voted for hiden Biden and all the precinct workers that aided in the voter fraud need to remember as Osama Obama once said:”Elections have consequences”
Let’s see what shape the country is in 6 months from now.

The deep state controls who most of the Congress is and many appointed as judges. I said a lot of years ago. You can’t declare a NWO is coming. If you can’t control who gets into office.
We need public executions.

Proving it is as simple as taking the 900 ballots from the military and contacting them personally to confirm their vote. Shouldn’t take more than a few hours for a dozen or so people to get done.
Then you need to look at how many GA residents are in the military, if they are registered to vote and contact them to see if they in fact did vote.
Your saying there is no proof is the same as the Libs claiming no evidence even though Judges across the country won’t alow the evidence to even be heard.
So, it’s not like anything will be done about it.
A grand jury makes a finding of probable cause. Until then the evidence is just that, evidence. No grand jury no probable cause.
Or a co-conspirator.
