My point is that when medical professionals rush in spouting their expertise, they better be precise and accurate lest they lose credibility. We are supposed to be detail oriented and precise in our language. For example, when you say "embolic coronary ischemia is unheard of" instead of "embolic coronary ischemia is very rare", you risk losing credibility. Google is available to all:
