Chief Justice John Roberts has faced many accusations over the years, particularly in the last few weeks as his weak leadership of the Supreme Court has seemed to be the primary roadblock to President Trump correcting the fraudulent 2020 election.

Just the opposite is true. The consent of four of the nine justices is needed to accept a case for full review (writ of certiorari). The Chief Justice's vote is no greater than the vote of the other eight justices. There are five conservative justices, three of whom were appointed by DJT. The two conservatives who were not appointed by Trump -- Thomas and Alito -- voted to hear the Texas case, which means that Roberts likely used his leadership to convince all three of the Trump justices to rule against our president.
