I think it will be, but CA’s Unemployment Insurance agency is so screwed up with fraudulent claims in the billions, even to state prison inmates, that we can never be sure of what’s what with the EDD that lacks good oversight from Governor Camera Hog (soon to be recalled I hope)!!!
They are far worse than useless - they are DANGEROUS, and have branched out from traditional venues (TV, radio, big screen) onto the websites.
