The curfew violation is for the night of. A night no rioters were cited for violating curfew, not even the guy who drew down on Kyle.

Tens of thousands violating curfew that night.

The only one they choose to charge happens to be a politically charged, very weak case.

They make the charge three months after the event.

A retired federal agent said this is a good case to get thrown out on a selective prosecution claim.

I am not sure that can be done, or not.

It appears very political to me.

It can be tossed under the equal protection clause in the 14th Amendment.
