I was listening to Curtis Sliwa on the radio today; he said another *bike* problem are the large numbers of motorcycle trail bikers [no tags, no helmets] racing up and down the streets and sidewalks of Manhattan. Cops turn a blind eye.

Curtis also said the cops have been told to stand down because Wilhelm wants these lawless gangs to be left alone. Logical conclusion: the card carrying commie mayor is enjoying the destruction of NYC.

Northeastern cities have lost their middle-class homesteaders, and are now mostly inhabited with unassimilated dreck. “Dirtbikes” are less common in Newark; instead you see people riding what appear to be homemade motorized bikes (and they move fast) - again, no tags, helmets (or lights, insurance).
