After making a few “cyclist” pancakes...I would have gotten out and wrapped those bikes around the necks of any that were stupid enough not to run.
There is a video of a guy in the middle of the street with a shotgun. He had already shot two people and was shooting at a cop by his squad car.
Another cop in his SUV arrives at the scene at a fairly fast speed. He sees the guy with the shotgun and speeds up and hits him dead center. Keeps going another block to respond to the injured people.
