The senate judiciary committee probably has authority in the Georgian government.
Nevertheless, proving this system is hackable is DEFINITELY in the best interests of the public, and on the basis of common law, hopefully no jury will ever convict him.

Georgia is not in an election now. And this hacking was done IN PUBLIC as a demonstration of what can be easily done to show what malicious entities can do remotely.
Prosecuting Mr. Pulitzer and his cyber team will only show that Georgia is trying to cover up the truth. His team should be given legal immunity.
