Forget about the Supreme Chickens, they do not want to get involved.
According to one analysis,(previous post above) the Supremes may be forced into a procedural question which does make them the deciders. Or, they could send it back to Congress to decide, who’ve already disagreed.
Then, perhaps, the state’s legislators get to decide, as prescribed now in the constitution.
