Girlfriend of Nashville bomber Anthony Warner told cops he was making bombs last year

Nashville police were warned in 2019 that Anthony Warner was making a bomb inside his RV — but nothing was done to stop him.

Warner’s girlfriend told Nashville cops on Aug. 21, 2019, that he “was building bombs in the RV trailer at his residence,” according to a report Tuesday in The Tennessean.

City cops passed the tip off to the FBI and ATF.

But when authorities showed up at Warren’s door no one answered, and a subsequent request to search the property was denied, The Tennessean reported.

Warner’s bomb-making then continued unhindered until Christmas morning, when he detonated explosives in the vehicle and leveled a stretch of downtown Nashville.

Records reviewed by the newspaper show that Raymond Throckmorton, an attorney for the woman, initially called police and said that Warner’s unnamed gal pal was concerned about comments he had made — and didn’t want two guns she said belonged to Warner in her home.

Throckmorton told police Warner “frequently talks about the military and bomb-making,” and “knows what he is doing and is capable of making a bomb,” the records said.

Police saw the RV in Warren’s driveway but it was fenced off so they did not enter.

“They saw no evidence of a crime and had no authority to enter his home or fenced property,” Metropolitan Nashville Police Department spokesman Don Aaron said in a statement to the newspaper.

Nashville PD forwarded the info to the feds, but “the FBI reported back that they checked their holdings and found no records on Warner at all,” Aaron said.

Thank you very much, your effort to show proofs is excellent.

I was under the impression that all Controlled Substance -Felony cases were handled by superior court not Magistrates court.

Maybe this is different in TN.

Or seeing it was weed, which at that time and due to the amount could have been tried in a Magistrates court...

Shows he did a year, after that Zero records of arrest and convictions.

Not really the history of a rabid pot smoker all through his life, normal to see them in and out of court as the years pass... Again suspect that the hype about him being a drug addict is just spin.

I had some doubt about the veracity of that report, mainly if it was the right Anthony Warner, but it jibes with one of the people at a press conference who said he had one arrest that matches that date and also said it was for sales, not just possession which means he had a sizable amount, so that’s why it was a felony I would guess.

There are two people who have been vaguely made shadow tigers to whom we readers are guided too.

Some unknown judge

This supposed Lawyer of his.

The first is just a blank wall as they will never tell.

But this lawyer who happens to be the lawyer for the female friend and the suspect just happened to be called by the police etc, choose someone, to search his shoes and lawyer said no.

Firstly, that put this lawyer in the position of having received a call by the suspect on ppl trying to search his property.
Secondly it means whomever it was that supposedly came to search the suspects property was told no, contact my lawyer.

After more than One reported person stating he was making devices in his camper, and the call with arrest on mental grounds of the GF and she was saying the same thing, explosives, bomb making etc etc.... I got to tell you that No officer with a brain in his head would not report that to his or her duty officer in their contact log after being sent out to investigate detonation devices being built.

To end this finally...... The whole story and a twice changed story from supposed Lawyer, a story of the info being forwarded to etc and etc etc that the DA or some humpty would not say hold on, this runs right into anti terrorist and BATF SOP for action.

Color me just plain over even trying to use logic on a totally fabricated series of facts and actions by all concerned.

False flag disinformation to fabricate a patsy.

I would agree, though in those days a bit of weed could have been written up as a felony, selling would have put him into trafficking with intent to distribute, and That would not have been a one year term..

It’s very weird... I will try and find out what that years laws were on weed possession.

Thank you for the time you put in friend.

Respects

You’re welcome, but hold on there. You’d probably think of me as one of the “sheep.” I’m a square. Very square, like our distant forefathers. In my opinion, because of drug abuse, bastardy and their common reluctance to blame themselves for their own failures, characters like the one portrayed in the following will cause more property damage and human misery.

Agreed, seems light for that time and place, but it was 2 years probation, not sure about the 1 year incarceration it says on the record, maybe they ruled that as time served.

I’m going to guess he had just enough to classify as selling, served some time in county so if he pled guilty they would give him time served and 2 years probation.

I’ve been trying to tell people this seems like just a case of a nutjob being a nutjob, there is no deeper conspiracy here.

But then we get stories like these and it just makes less and less sense. I still can’t figure out why they didn’t jack him up over being a felon in possession of a gun, they never ignore that from what I know.

That would have given them enough to arrest him or at least search his home and property for more guns.

The police say when they went to his home there were cameras everywhere and an alarm sign on the door with wires running to it. That’s sketchy as hell and sounds like a possible booby trap. Not sure why they just ignored all of that.

Like I said, this just seems to get stranger and stranger.

The police did not really try very hard. Knock on the door, peek over fence then went away and never checked up on him again.

I wondered if he had been convicted for a felony. Looks like it. "Disposition...Felony...Completed Court Process..." So yes. Looks like the police in that case might have been lacking motivation. Maybe afraid of making a mistake that might damage their careers (common inhibition against making drug busts, especially marijuana busts).

Booby trap? Possible, but he might have just had the alarms to alert him to flush the dope real fast. That's why so many dealers are pushing against "no-knock raids," and most police don't like trying to get dope out of sewer lines.

The point is, it would look suspicious especially being he was accused of building bombs. The marijuana charge was from 1978 and that’s not why the police were there in 2019.

Yeah, if the police ever show up looking for me I just won’t answer the door. That’ll be the end of it. Worked for this guy.

I try to be as logical as I can in putting together things that do not add up.

They are drip feeding jigsaw puzzle pieces of rubbish, all scattered everywhere, never backed by anything except the good old anonymous sources, people close to the investigation, etc.

Noone with a clue about breathing and a brain that ticks would swallow the patchwork quilt of what they give us and over time while putting their own knowledge and experience into action and as you have done, come up with WTH....

We, many on here and chans that I will not name have helped, you are not alone in your WTH moment.

Best regards FRiend.

LOL, ok. Interesting story, loggers get into a fight with neighbors, tree limb used as a weapon. Sounds like a wild one.
