If his tenure as Governor of one of the most Republican states in the nation is any indication, Pence has proven to be a Republican — when forced to stand strong with the laws of nature and legislature he surrendered. He could not even stand up to a horde of poofters. The thought that he will do the noble thing now is literally laughable.
He doesn't have the authority to do that.
That’s not something a vice president can do.
Mike Pence is never ever going to do this. Not in a million years. Its just not going to happen. He will never go against his establishment buddies.
