RE: Pence isn’t going to lift a finger.

You have insider information regarding what Pence will do?

I personally have no insider information. But I'm allowed to make a prediction, and here's my prediction: Pence isn't going to lift a finger. He might issue a statement of concern about the process, and call for better controls in the future, but in terms of doing anything, no.

Admittedly, my prediction for last night was that the Pats would probably cover the 7-point spread against the Bills, and they lost by 29. I can't claim that my predictions are infallible. Still, losing $25 on a sports bet is one thing. A presidential election is a bit more consequential.

Ok, let’s just hope your predictive losing streak continues from sports to politics :)

Agree. Legislatures have to fix each state. no court no VP. Because each state is different. Each has thie own issue. PA needs to invalidate mail in ballots for those counties that can’t reconcile. Delaware, Philly most likely and Allegany maybe Montco. WIsconsin has to do what it needs to do here. Invalidate the mail-in votes.

The VP simply doesnt have the power to personally reject Electoral votes. If he did, in 2000 Al Gore could have done the same thing, and turned the election over to himself.
