It’s hard to tell with this guy. He is obviously in the loop on a lot and he obviously has a role to play, i.e. firing up the base and giving them hope.
If I recall correctly, he had the Hunter Biden hard drive early August and revealed it in October.
It’s my thesis that Rudy G. shared the hard drive with Bannon at Trump’s direction to plan the role out.
