IIn a case certain to test the limits of legal immunity in the digital era, a Delaware shop owner embroiled in the Hunter Biden laptop controversy has filed a $500 million defamation lawsuit against Twitter alleging he was falsely portrayed as a hacker by the social media giant.

Good luck finding a fair and unbiased judge. Our judicial system is utterly corrupt from the top to bottom, especially in matters with a political component.

Hmmm, verrry interesting. Twitter, and other ‘social’ websites are protected by federal law from SOME of these kinds of lawsuits by pretending to be publishers, not content providers.
However, they are clearly directing content right now by throttling conservative voices, and freely allowing liberal voices. In my logical, but not legal, mind, this opens them up to lawsuits from those among the ‘throttled’. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
If our good, (is there any left) American representatives cannot rescue us from this lying hating media spewing propaganda 24/7, who can? Do we stay and fight or leave America to waste away under the thumb of liars and haters?
The laws covering abandoned propery at a repair shop cover the hardware. Does it cover the information on the hard disk? And does it cover it even after the FIB has the hardware? Could Humper claim his email implicating Chinese Joe is covered by copyright laws and the repair shop owner is not authorized to distribute it? Just trying to get ahead of any defenses the 'Rats might claim next.
