A federal judge on Monday ordered two Georgia counties to reverse a decision removing thousands of voters from the rolls ahead of Jan. 5 runoff elections that will determine which political party controls the U.S. Senate.
The counties seemed to have improperly relied on unverified change-of-address data to invalidate registrations, the judge, Leslie Abrams Gardner, said in her order filed late on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
“Defendants are enjoined from removing any challenged voters in Ben Hill and Muscogee Counties from the registration lists on the basis of National Change of Address data”, Gardner wrote in the order. The judge is the sister of Democratic activist Stacey Abrams, who lost a race for Georgia governor in 2018.
The bulk of the registrations that the counties sought to rescind, more than 4,000 of them, were in Muscogee County, which U.S. President-elect Joe Biden won handily in November, Politico reported.
An additional 150 were from Ben Hill County, which President Donald Trump won by a wide margin, the report added.

Leslie Abrams Gardner is just another Obama stooge repaying her appointment. Halting the voter purge amounts to trying to fix the election by allowing people to vote who are not qualified.
209,000 plus voters to be purged from the rolls.
Purging the rolls was ordered enforced in 2019, appealed to the state Supreme Court, the Court, by one vote (Hagedorn, waffleing Republican, ordered it not happen until after the 2020 election.
In Wisconsin, any voter can register on election day, so there was no excuse not to purge the roles.
Trump "lost" Wisconsin by about 10,000 votes.
There is an obvious reason to keep inactive voters on the voter rolls. Election fraud.
The excuse used to stop this is it suppresses the black vote.
Corruption doesn’t get anymore brazen than this.
How can you not recuse yourself in matter like this when your sister is freaking Stacey Abrams.

The Judge is also married to a man who was charged and convicted of Sexual assault, burglary and Robbery.
Even though he was picked out of a line-up by one of the victims (he was tried for 2 sexual assaults) and they recovered his bloody fingerprint from the crime scene, his sentence was overturned after spending 27yrs in prison in 2016.
The reason was the DNA expert was proven to have lied on other cases, but not his.
A judge ruled that the case be retried. here is a quote from the article
“Kanawha County prosecutors opted to retry Gardner, saying that DNA evidence found inside the victim did match Gardner and so did a fingerprint recovered from the scene.”

This whole family is rotten.
So one liberal judge can validate thousands of illegal votes because just one or two voter registration errors might have happened, but not even the Supreme Court will remove millions of ILLEGAL votes even when there is proven voter fraud. How do such cowards make it into the courts?
Stacy is/was under criminal indictment in GA for stuff she did while in the GA Legislature.
