I have been to a multitude of varying Christian services in my years and I have yet to observe a depiction of a “blonde Jesus”.
Do an image search for blonde Jesus and you’ll find plenty. A common depiction in the middle ages and renaissance. Mostly dark blond which you could call light brown. Dark brown and black too. Of course a similar search for black Jesus has plenty of results too, relatively more recent.
