Oh reported by the Hill...extra causation required.

Guess they don’t trust him to reject the Dem electors.

There wasn’t much chance of that anyway.

Wouldn’t it actually be unconstitutional of Pence to reject the Dem electors from PA, WI, MI, AZ, GA?

That’s my feeling, too. Pence has sais several times that this could go to Jan. 20 or beyond.

I don’t even want to think about that. If he’s planning on ending his political career, that would do it.

This is only good for publicity. VPOTUS according to the Constitution is the President of the Senate, and according to the Twelfth Amendment receives the electoral votes and presides over the joint session of Congress where they are counted. Separation of powers prevents the courts from dictating how the process proceeds. VPOTUS is immune from injunctions and other attempts to use the judiciary to control his actions. If Congress doesn't like how he runs the election count he could be impeached, but that is about all that could be done, and its after the fact. This lawsuit will go nowhere.

That splashing sound you hear is beads of sweat from the democrats hoping Rino’s will do their job for them.

The headline is a lie, which probably means the rest of the article is a lie. It’s from the sHill? Yes, definitely lies.
A correct title would be more like:
“GOP lawmaker sues Pence in bid to overturn Biden installation”
or
“GOP lawmaker sues Pence in bid to overturn Biden fraud”
win =/= steal

Someone theorized that this lawsuit is a set up. Yes, it will go nowhere. But will set the standard for when Pence takes action that the Courts can’t do anything about it.
I will fall over in shock if Pence does anything out of the ordinary on vote counting day...but hey..it could happen

Pence is in with the Bush family. His career is safe.
David Janda said Pence was the insurance policy. The dude claims to have inside information about the mystery envelopes
I dont know anything about him other than he hates Poppy Bush

I think this is just a way to pressure Mike Pence. Democrats aren’t in a hurry to offer their legal services to defend Mike Pence. Mike Pence doesn’t want to respond in court before January 6, keeping his plans secret from Trump and the Democrats.
