I know it was in Iowa this summer. And is also in Florida during Fall and Winter when I came down.
Neither Iowa nor Florida have mask mandates, so it isn’t that.

I think it is national WALMART policy. There’s a sign out front. Still, free people make their choices. People who manage Walmarts in free-ish states generally are of the same mindset as the customers. It isn’t a law. If Walmart wanted to get all hard-ass about it, I’m sure they could. They just don’t.
WalMart has signs saying wear masks, but the ones we’ve been in in FL some wear them and some do not.
