The Senate doe not give crap what Trump wants. Let alone the house. Trump just lost all of his leverage and gave us an evil bill besides. Full of horrible things. The bad guys win.

I will send back to Congress a redlined version, item by item, accompanied by the formal rescission request to Congress insisting that those funds be removed from the bill.
What does the above mean? Does it mean he signed provisionally, that unless the redlined provisions are changed his signature is recinded??
There’s not much time left anyway, so what does it matter? All they have to do is wait a few more weeks and then they can vote for even more.
