He signed it. But he is also attempting to do some “rescissions”...see:

I guess that means the $600. per person is a “done deal”. The “Impoundment Control Act of 1974” only allows for attempted “claw backs” not “add-ons”.

It looks like he signed it while giving statements that he expects to see the $600 increased to $2000, which is being voted on by Congress tomorrow. He also reserves the right to impound wasteful funds under an act of ‘74.

He was probably forced to sign it because of the expiration of unemployment benefits for much of the country tonight. We are already under revolutionary conditions.. this could tip it.
