Part of their plan could have been to set up a government funding crisis to ram down some corrupt porkulus. It worked so well before!

Now, everyone is out of time and a veto stops both the porkulus and the necessary COVID relief.

Yes a veto was not a winning play and there were reports a veto override was expected.

Some on the President’s legal team came up with the 1974 Act as a winning play because it’s end of year and unused funds expire.

1974 Act plus End-Of-Year timing is the winning play.
