How a vet deals with that is an individual choice and every one of them will be different.

Many if not most at some point have resorted to drug or alcohol or both.
In many cases the drugs prescribed by the Army docs cause more problems than they solve.

Ask these vets if they approve of you and others going on social media stating that the psychological scars of combat will Or hav contribute to mass murder. Ask them if they agree with that assessment to begin with
