What is the story here. The guy is a year or two from retirement if he got in out of high school. he’s had 20 years in. No one’s noticed he’s a nutcase?

The guy is a year or two from retirement Enlisted in 2008. Need to make it to 18.5 to get retirement. So he has about 6 more to go, not one or two.
