The truck WAS parked at a C-Store announcing it would explode. It’s now on a rural road.
WSMV reporting the driver has been detained. The truck reportedly was in a convenience store parking lot and had loudspeaker playing warning similar to the RV in downtown. Then the driver drove the truck away where it was stopped here.
