Why does the article continuously repeat “racially diverse” like a parrot with Tourette’s syndrome? Does the concentration of melanin molecules per cubic centimeter of epidermis somehow supersede training with some kind of ethereal wisdom?
I noticed that too. I suspect it's because the people doing it really expected "diversity" to solve all their problems for them and continue to desperately invoke it like a magic word. "But we're diverse, how can this be happening?"
