Does Pence have the backbone ?

Too soon to tell. If Rudy & Sidney make the case, with a little help from some of the courts, and facts on his side, Pence’s obligation to freedom and the constitution which he does hold dearly will do battle with his establishment tendencies.

Strength of evidence is the deciding factor, imho.

ABC —just this moment here in the west—is warning that a VP has no real role other than a “reader of EVs as cast.”

History says otherwise. Jefferson—as VP— “voted” himself Pres with his creative reading of the EVs. And in today’s case, conflicting slates of electors will be submitted from several states which brings it back to strength of evidence.

The magnitude of this is unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

Your case would have to be perfect as described. Every element must fall into place as you say for Trump to turn this around.

I don’t believe it will, unless a bunch of folks grow a spine right now.

Another half truth by fake news.

Congress get to make objections.
Pence must accept Electors submitted according to State Law.

Georgia has admitted to a lawfare compact between Dem agitators and the Sec of State to change the rules of the Election.
That, alone, is enough to throw out the vote tally

...
It’s not whether Pence is brave, backboned, has what it takes, etc....no, no, no...we have to stop using this language...

It is whether he is swamp or a patriot. We don’t know yet, and the envelopes, anecdotes, Lin Wood’s words suggest swamp, whereas Pence’s speeches suggest patriot. I’d say speeches can be made knowing elections are fixed...so I won’t give much weight to them...

Instead, I hope between now and the 6th, patriots and PDJT will convince Pence to be on the right side of history and save the country instead of selling us out to CCP.
