I don’t know how things are done in Michigan, but in NY when I was employed in the legal field (NOT as a lawyer!), threatening an attorney with sanctions if he pursues a lawful remedy for his client is itself cause for sanctions against the threatening attorney.

I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the judge rules that evidence to be inadmissible because it’s without foundation (or because of some other made-up thing).
When the fix is in, the fix is in.
Hummmm smells “good” .......the SSocialiberal-fascism .....
It’s OK ?
Dana Nessel is an American lawyer and politician who is the 54th Attorney General of Michigan. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Nessel is the second openly lesbian person elected attorney general of a state in the United States as well as the first openly LGBTQ person elected to statewide office in Michigan.
Whitmer, Nessel and Jocelyn Benson were “elected” in the dirty Michigan election of 2018.
Trump has a message for her:

These lawyers are true patriots who are fighting for the truth and, obviously, getting very close. AG should be sanctioned. Fight on!

Just like here in Pa. the Michigan House and Senate are controlled by Republicans but the state wide offices (Governor, Senators, AG, Sec.of State) are all Radical Democrats. It makes no sense.
She will pursue “any” attorney who questioned the process of the election, Michigan Radio said.

You will be prosecuted for even questioning an illegal criminal vote process.
What can a retired law-abiding upper middle class white male conservative living in a model northern suburb of Detroit do about a nasty gash like Dana Nessel?
