I was thinking the same thing about Rutherford and Millard.
What does he have to lose by invoking Martial Law? The left will spend years destroying Trump and his whole family if he backs down now. It’s a do or die situation not only for him but for America as a whole.

It is time for all of us to cross the Rubicon and caste the die of American fate, nor are we alone in this. The left has publicly destroyed our Republic, that could have been the US Constitution that Pelosi tore up as the Speaker of the House. Trump is not becoming a dictator but rather the Defender of the Republic.

I think the military stepping in the only solution. Illegal? Yeah, but stealing a presidential elections is too.
Pence can refuse to take the certification of the swing states with these ridiculous over-ballots. Again the states should be responsible for their elections.
