(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – A committee of lawmakers in contested swing state Georgia have recommended that the election results in their state that have declared Joe Biden to be the winner of the 2020 presidential race be decertified.
This recommendation comes after a study conducted by the Standing Senate Judiciary Committee that culminated in a report which declared the election “was chaotic and any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy.”
You can say that again.
The report stated that the legislature needed to examine their findings and act accordingly to decertify the election results were members convinced by its assertion.
“The Legislature should carefully consider its obligations under the U.S. Constitution. If a majority of the General Assembly concurs with the findings of this report, the certification of the Election should be rescinded and the General Assembly should act to determine the proper Electors to be certified to the Electoral College in the 2020 presidential race,” it stated
They called for the immediate convening of the necessary bodies to examine the evidence.
“Since time is of the essence, the chairman and senators who concur with this report recommend that the leadership of the General Assembly and the governor immediately convene to allow further consideration by the entire General Assembly,” the report said.
The Trump campaign and independent lawsuits have challenged the results of the race in the key battleground state.
WND reports that the subcommittee of Sens. William Ligon, John Kennedy, Bill Heath, Blake Tillery, Michael Rhett and Elena Parent pointed to evidence they had heard from witnesses in sworn affidavits.
Their report stated that they’d heard accounts of proper protocols that were not employed to assure the proper chain of custody in the manner in which ballots were processed was adhered to.
They also heard testimony that it had been possible—or “even likely”—that a large number of illegal ballots were placed into the circulation of legitimate ballots and that these were counted as votes.
“There is no way of tracing the ballots after they have been separated from the point of origin,” the report stated.
“The subcommittee heard testimony of pristine ballots whose origin looked suspicious or which could not be verified and the inability of poll workers to distinguish between test ballots and absentee ballots. Signatures were not consistently verified according to law in the absentee balloting process.”
The committed also noted that Election Night poll watchers had testified that they noted ballots were insecure as seals and security tags were not used, and “the chain of custody was often lax or non-existent.”
All this boiled down to what they stated was a coordinated effort to manipulate the outcome of our election.
This is a disgrace to our election process.
It doesn’t matter who you are or how you vote, if you value the integrity of free and fair elections, you should want to see the evidence behind these claims.
If there was no fraud, it should be proven—and it should be easy to prove!
Just show us the machines, count every legal vote, conduct a proper signature audit—any of the surefire ways to test the outcome of this election that has yet to happen.

So six members of the Georgia legislature think the votes should be decertified? Well, if all these members are state senators then they only need 32 more senators and 122 members of the House to call for a special session of the legislature. Let me know when they do.

This is old news, the speaker of the house, Lt Gov (President of the Senate) and Governor all refused their recommendations a week ago. Few if any other Senators jumped on board with these patriots as well.

The GOP would be taken over by the RINOs who didn't defend against the steal. They would take over the GOP because the stealers will support these RINOs in the GOP primaries.

Fighting for what is right, no matter the odds. If I was a posturing GOP politician, I would see no value to posturing against the steal.
I would like to think so; but my faith in the GOP is not currently at a point where I have much confidence. We will see.
