I almost got in an accident because an idiot Amazon delivery driver had parked the van illegally in a traffic lane. An idiot in an oncoming vehicle swerved around the van into my lane. At least I had the sense to stand on my brakes to avoid both idiots.
I could have sued both Amazon and the other driver.
Surely those evasive manuvers caused your scalding cup of McDonalds coffee to spill on to your lap and wedding tackle...so don’t forget to include them in your civil suit. Big $$$
