Some red state should declare itself a First Amendment sanctuary state and offer Daleiden political asylum. Then seek a legal injunction against California barring it from sending a snatch and grab team to kidnap him. Add language enjoining Newsom from sending a hitman as well.
Any defiance of the national government will be met with force. The left does not tolerate “sanctuary cities” type behavior by the right. They own the courts in spite of Trump appointments. This is how they will destroy what is left of traditional America. Powell, O’Keefe and possibly Trump will be going to jail. If not jail they will be bankrupted by a government that has unlimited funds to prosecute.
