I think comparison of the views on Parler and the views on twitter explains why POTUS uses both sites. On twitter the two videos have 59.4K Likes and 40.3k likes 1 hr after posting while the video on parler has 2800 after 23 minutes.
POTUS wants to be sure he has the largest audience possible in the shortest time. Hence Twitter, you tube, Parler & probably facebook almost simultaneously. I expect that he feels there is an advantage to breaking this at a time when Congress is mostly gone home and people are involved in holiday preparation and off guard.

There are a lot of details on these videos and many recognizable people described as agents of the CCP. Maximum exposure of America’s enemies.
