According to Ward, the judge overseeing the lawsuit claimed the legislators could enforce the subpoenas without the help of the court.I suspect the judge meant the legislature, not a partisan subgroup of legislators.

NOW send in the capital police!!!
Seize the machines!!

Send the State Police to enforce the order arrest the county police and leaders if they fail to comply.

However, state legislators are coming down to the wire. They would have to complete the audit and decide what to do with their findings before January 6, which is when the U.S. Congress is set to review the electoral college vote. This is a bunch of hogwash??? If the county officials won't comply, the legislature has no option but to rescind the electoral votes cast. It would be dishonest to do otherwise?

Send the State Police to enforce the order arrest the county police and leaders if they fail to comply. The State Police are under the control of the executive branch, the Governor.

I suspect the judge meant the legislature, not a partisan subgroup of legislators.A "partisan" group of legislators has every right to get a subpoena so that they can examine the machines.

A "partisan" group of legislators has every right to get a subpoena so that they can examine the machines.Maybe morally but probably not legally.

“The State Police are under the control of the executive branch, the Governor”
Well, I guess that won’t work. Must be something to make the county legislators uncomfortable.

Maybe morally but probably not legally. What legal principle would stop increased transparency for a political party that feels that they have been cheated by the voting machines?

Time to re-deputize the AZ Rangers and send them in.
They still exist you know? They are all volunteer, they just do not have law authority now.

That random individuals or factions can't use government power to compel other parties to do the things they want via subpoena. These are machines being used to fulfill ones right to vote. These are machines that are being shielded by government.
People who vote on these machines and the candidate who are on the ballot have every right for transparency.
