Graham knows what is in that bill. It is not the COVID Bill that is the problem, it is the Omnibus monstrosity that is at issue. Trump is using the COVID Bill to force changes to Omnibus bill. If he signs the COVID bill he loses his leverage to get Americans more money. Besides the bullshit pork, the Omnibus bill includes a waiver for the General Biden wants as SecDef and does not allow Trump to use the Insurrection Act. Veto both, tell them fix both or explain to the people why illegals get more money then citizens. Trump screwed up their Christmas parties, he did the unexpected and took control of the narrative. Now they are on the defensive.
