Nobama and his crew were hell bent on running these guys up on the gallows, especially after the original indictment was overturned due to the Nobama JD withholding evidence. That’s when Joe got on all fours and begged the Baghdadis for forgiveness for the awful mean Americans and assured them that he and Nobama would get their man. If there wasn't a war with Iraq this would not have happened. I don't know the full story but it's not uncommon for the opposition to hide among civilians.
