This pic is from last week, when restaurants in Manhattan were forced to close indoor dining - in the middle of a blizzard.

Please note that in the entire NYT story, there was not ONE mention of whom the mayor is, nor his henchmen that pushed this stupid edict.

At least this restaurant could afford to buy propane tanks last week. At least until they are put on credit hold.
