(WBNG) -- People who live within New York's 22nd Congressional District will be without a representative in the U.S. House to start off the new year as the term of Democrat Anthony Brindisi is set to end before the results of the district's 2020 election can be certified.
A court case which is ruling on more than a thousand challenged ballots in the election is set to continue through the first week of January, New York state Supreme Court Justice DelConte said.
The justice had hoped to finish ruling on challenged ballots by the end of the year, but he indicated that would be impossible after learning that Oneida County would not finish their court-ordered recanvas until early to mid-next week. The justice is unable to review on challenged ballots until the recanvas is completed.

Republican Claudia Tenney was ahead by over 20,000 votes on election night. Then the Democrats started finding fraudulent ballots and using every dishonest trick in the book to make it close.
No Republicans in Washington are fighting too stop this voter fraud and election steal.
Claudia Tenney should never concede.

I was on the front line in the Gillibrand Sweeney race where she was leaked State Police 911 calls to do him in. The fraud is everywhere in New York. The state Party is dead. Ever since Bill Powers left. The GOP party is now only about local patronage, jobs. No interest in running qualified candidates. The Faso seat that the rapper Delgado won 2 years ago could have been another pick up, but no GOP party. Ed Cox cared about cocktail parties, not winning elections. Even D'Amato sold out.

I now believe that my state government got in by vote fraud in 2018.
The numbers I ran in the comparison between 2016 and 2018 immediately after the election were hinky, and I couldn't see a pattern or figure out why.

I think they figure they can find enough ballots over the next 10 days.
