Hell! That will only pay off his bookies.

He needs money to pay off the union leadership for their stuffing the ballot boxes with votes from dead people that he Cuomo killed in all those nursing homes.

Tens of billions of dollars was given to foreign countries in the COVID bill - should have given it to Americans instead.
