In the past few years all of the population growth in California was due to illegal immigrants and the children of illegal immigrants. If the population of California is going down it must be because things are so bad that even the illegals are leaving.

supreme Court just decided that Trump’s executive order to allot Congressional seats based on citizenship can move forward at this time. If it goes into effect, California could lose at least ten seats.
